Terms and Conditions Iron66 – Online Betting Platform Usage Rules

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at Iron66.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a user for the purpose of accessing Iron66 services.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds available in a member's Iron66 account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, cashback, rewards, or other incentives granted by Iron66 to members.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by Iron66 to comply with anti-money laundering policies.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all activities conducted through the Iron66 platform, including sports betting, casino games, online slots, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus usage.

To register and use Iron66 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Not be on any self-exclusion list or betting prohibition enforced by any relevant authority.

• Filing unauthorised chargebacks through a bank or payment provider after funds have been used.

The security of your account is a shared responsibility between iron66 and you as a member. The following are your responsibilities in maintaining account security:

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.

An account may be closed or suspended under the following circumstances:

Iron66's maximum liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days prior to the liability claim being raised.

Iron66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The amendment process is as follows:

• Amendment notices will be sent to all active members via their registered email at least 7 days before changes take effect, except for amendments required immediately for legal or security reasons.

• Continued use of the iron66 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of and agreement to the revised terms.
• If you disagree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account before the effective date of that amendment.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws under Iron66's operating jurisdiction. For any disputes arising:

• Members are encouraged to contact the Iron66 support team first for an amicable resolution.
• If a mutual resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be submitted to a recognised alternative dispute resolution body.
• All dispute-related communications must be in Malay or English and submitted through official iron66 channels.
